IF ELECTED, OBAMA WILL BE MY PRESIDENT
Words matter.
When Obama takes the Oath of Office, if he is elected, he had better listen to what he is saying to the Chief Justice. It is an oath and a contract with me and people like me.
If, during his tenure, he and his party make further assaults on the Constitution (the Democrat left won't be able to restrain itself, I assure you), then I plan on holding that man personally responsible for betrayal of that oath and his office.
He will be no better than Jimmy Carter, but he has the potential to become an American Robert Mugabe. That will definitely put him into High Crimes and Misdemeanors territory, and of course, a fillibuster proof Democrat Senate would do its duty.
The Constitution may not be a suicide pact, but attempts to illegally subvert it in the political process may very well be. Even if it is "for the children".
